How long will it take for my products to arrive?
Shipping takes approximately 5-8 business days. If you haven't received your order within that timeframe, please email ketzzguajardo@gmail.com
Please keep in mind that the holidays could delay shipping time.
Do you ship outside of the US?
We are only currently shipping within the United States at this time.
What happens if my shipment never arrives?
Unfortunately, if your shipment is missing or lost there is not much we can do once it has left our facility. The Aztec Esthetician cannot be held responsible for any lost or missing items. Please contact the selected carrier (USPS) for assistance.

Return & Exchange Policy
We do not accept any returns or exchanges due to the nature of skincare products and for sanitary reasons, all sales are final.
